This was my first track meet. A great environment, in the stands and on the field.
Events moving in every direction, with just enough time to catch pieces of it all. A challenging one to settle into, but a great experience to learn from. The intensity stood out, with athletes leaving nothing on the table across every event, from quick sprints to longer grinds.
Events like pole vault and high jump especially stood out, where timing, technique, and focus leave little room for error and not much margin to miss the moment.
Looking forward to the next one.
